Welcome to CU Wilderness Medicine!
Hello and welcome from the Cambridge University Wilderness Medicine Society.
We are a group looking to combine the study of medicine with an interest in the wilderness.
Our aim is to provide an opportunity to learn about how medical care can be delivered in the wilderness, an area not traditionally covered in medical school curricula, and to have fun whilst learning by running expeditions or trips to areas a little wilder than Cambridge!
We also intend to run a series of talks from people with expertise in the field, training sessions as well as running trips at weekends or during holidays. We will keep updating the events page with dates of upcoming events, so watch this space!
